Refund Policy

1. Overview

All purchases made through Organic RP are considered final unless otherwise stated.

2. Digital Goods

Our products and services are digital in nature, including in-game items, perks, memberships, and server access. Due to instant delivery, these purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered unless stated otherwise.

3. Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• A purchase was made accidentally or in error
• The purchased product or service was not delivered as described
• Technical issues prevented access and could not be resolved by our team
• The purchase is within the acceptable refund period (Select products only)

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension or permanent removal from Organic RP services, including revocation of purchased items or perks.

5. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
